Purchase issues with IOS device

If the items were not distributed after purchasing

It will be automatically sent to your account within 48 hours.

To help you solve this issue, kindly follow the steps below.


1. Login to the game and go to the Shop.

2. Re-select the package or item you purchased that experienced a payment issue.

3. Once the payment page is shown, return to the previous page or close the page.

4. Re-login to the game and you will be able to receive the items you have purchased.


However, if you still have not received your purchase after 48 hours and the aforementioned steps did not work,

kindly request for a cancellation by referring to the steps below.


In the case of iOS devices, Apple handles all payment inquiries. Kindly contact Apple Customer Support Center directly to assist you.


How to request for a refund.

1. Go to the Apple Support > Getting Started > iPhone/iPad.

2. Choose "App Store, iTunes Store & Music"

3. Select "How to recover missing purchased items"

4. Select "Get an answer by email"

5. Provide your contact details such as Name / Email.

In the input other details field, add the following items:

- Device information: Your device model


- Order Number: The order number of your purchase

- Reason for refund: Add the details here (Example: Unreceived Gems)


Please be mindful of cancelling your billing product on a regular basis as Apple may flag your account.
