You can queue your Versus Account for deletion.
Please check the below:
- Login to the game and go to the Lord profile > Account Info
- After clicking [Account Deletion], touch [Account Deletion] button from the pop-up
- When you confirm [Account Deletion], the account will be in the procedure of account deletion,
and you will be moved to the first login screen
# Account deletion will be canceled once you login the game
# The submitted account deletion will be progressed during regular maintenance
# The game data can no longer be recovered once deleted
You can also submit a ticket to our Customer Center with the following information:
◈ Request
1. Nickname :
2. PID :
3. Linked Account : (Indicate which account is linked to your game data. GooglePlay/Facebook/Game Center)
4. I agree to manually delete my account: (O/X)
5. After the deletion, I am aware that all of the game data will be deleted and can no longer be recovered: (O/X)
6. Consent to Notice: with purchase? (O/X)
7. Reason for the account deletion:

◈ The game data can no longer be recovered once deleted
◈ Kindly login to the account you want to delete and submit a ticket to our Customer Center.
◈ The submitted account deletion will be progressed during regular maintenance
◈ Once you have requested for your account to delete, it can no longer be canceled.
◈ All required information must be provided.
◈ All game data will be deleted once the account has been deleted.
